Specification

Radiant heating panels are manufactured from 1.2mm or 2.0mm smooth-faced aluminium. A choice of polyester powder paint finishes, normally RAL 9010, is available.

Heating elements are manufactured from single lengths of 15mm copper, tested to BS EN 2871. Elements are boned to aluminium panels using aluminium extrusions.

30mm to 50mm mineral wool, which is sealed in tissue paper with a foil face, is used to insulate the rear of the panel.

When filled with water, radiant heating panels weight approx. 15 to 17 kg/m².

HCP radiant heating panels are accredited to BS EN 14037, the new European standard for ceiling mounted radiant panels.
