BDP studio: HCP, a division of SAS International, supplied 600 metres of trench heating to BDP’s recently completed Manchester Studio.

 



Baskerville House: Selected as it offered an energy efficient heating solution, whilst providing good environmental conditions, HCP trench heating is also discrete and allows flexibility in floor layout.

 



BBC White City: Specified by Consulting Engineers Buro Happold, HCP designed, manufactured and installed over 2,500 linear meters of trench heating for this project.

 

 

                                                                                                                                   

SAS International: When SAS International, manufacturer of metal ceilings, room comfort and architectural metalwork products, relocated and expanded its West Midlands facilities, a Radiant Heating solution from HCP was insisted upon.



Marks & Spencer: The building is fronted by an impressive glass façade and boasts 1,500+ linear meters of HCP Trench Heating throughout the building

 

 

                                                                                                                                            Scottish Gas: In 2003, the company moved over 1,000 employees into a new four story development on the site of a former gasworks in the heart of Edinburgh.

 

 

CAA Tower: The 16 storey building in London’s Kingsway was designed and built in the 1960’s and was totally refurbished in 2005 prior to new tenants the ‘National Audit Office’ moving in.

 

 

 

Education

Trent Valley Academy: Over 1,700 metres of acoustic lighting rafts, incorporating radiant heating panels, were specified for the new Trent Valley Academy in Lincolnshire.

 

 

Horbury High School: At the new Horbury High School in Wakefield an innovative ceiling raft was specified by the architects NPS North East, and M&E Consultants Silcock Leedham LLP, to meet stringent acoustic, lighting and energy efficiency requirements.

 

 

Healthcare

 

Peterborough hospitals PFI: HCP, a division of SAS International, recently supplied 1,800 linear metres of radiant heating panels to the City Care Centre, a community heal th centre run by NHS Peterborough and the Cavell Centre Mental Health Unit run by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT).

 

Bristol Heart Institute: HCP supplied 970 linear metres of radiant heating panels to the new £60m Bristol Heart Institute.

 

 

 

Barnet Hospital MHU: HCP supplied and installed 230 linear metres of radiant heating panels to a new-build Mental Health Unit at Barnet Hospital.

 

 

Castle Hill Hospital: HCP, a division of SAS International, supplied a radiant heating solution to the new Oncology and Haematology Unit at the PFI Castle Hill Hospital in Hull.

 

 

Basildon Hospital: The completion of a new £60m Cardiothoracic Centre (CTC) at Basildon Hospital will mean that Essex patients suffering heart disease will no longer have to travel to London to undergo major cardiac and thoracic surgery.

 

Kaleidoscope: HCP, a division of SAS International, supplied and installed the Radiant Heating and Cooling Panels which were installed around the perimeter of the glass curtain to help offset fabric and ventilation heat losses in winter and heat gains in summer.

 

University Hospitals North Staffordshire: HCP recently supplied 1,300 linear metres of radiant heating panels to the new state-of-the-art Maternity Centre and purpose built Cancer Centre at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.

 

 

 

Transport

St Pancras Station: HCP supplied and installed approximately 300m of bespoke stainless steel perimeter heating to the new St Pancras International station.
