HCP heating systems are manufactured from steel, aluminium and copper. These metals contain a portion of recycled materials and are 100% recyclable at their end of life. Rather than pay to dispose of materials in unsustainable land-fill sites, components can be recycled and scrap values realised. HCP is focused on reducing its impact on the environment and the group’s manufacturing facilities operate an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Throughout the manufacturing process waste is minimised and recycled. Most processes are fully or semi-automated with advanced computer design and manufacturing software used to further improve material and production efficiencies.

Radiant Heating Service Rafts work with natural ventilation strategies and allow concrete soffits to be exposed to take advantage of thermal mass heating and cooling.
